Description
Updates:
- Blocked props from being able to go under cars
- Blocked props from being able to hide in mesh of mattress
- Attempted to fix player ability to go past the jail bars
- Removed muffler prop
- Removed phone prop
- Added textures

I am in no way taking credit for this map. Updated Map to accommodate for server needs.
