LEC HDU-Series Freighter 'Masterovoy'

Mod free, fully pressurizeable

The Masterovoy is a fast heavy duty freighter for a crew of up to 4 people. It is designed to carry Hydrogen at an impressive 240 Megaliters more than it is to carry cargo, but its cargo capacity of 2.6 Megaliters still allows for a lot of material to be transported.
Its ring of large hydrogen thrusters allows it to accelerate hard in space and further allows the ship to land and take off from planetary surfaces. Landing is made fairly easy through the use of four parachute hatches, but the ship is intended to land on its back thrusters. As such it is recommended to land on flat surfaces or starports - choose your landing zones carefully.
Once landed the crew can safely dis/embark by using the ladders leading from the back of the ship to the very center.
The ship can technically load more cargo than it can take out of atmospheres, as such there are certain recommended maximum masses for different gravity environments:
Clearances:
1.1g - up to 2.800.000kg cargo
1.0g - up to 3.500.000kg cargo
0.9g - up to 4.200.000kg cargo
During all of its transport the ship is protected by an impressive weapons array of 12 gatling turrets and 24 interior turrets to ensure the safety of the crew and cargo.


Note: The parachute hatches are intended for a single use per orbital entry, restocking them will have to occur in space by a crewmember in an EVA suit. (in other words the parachute hatches arent connected to the conveyor system)
