Why did i publish these piece by piece ?

Because there are several people constantly downvoting any asset that gets remotely popular for no reason given. Rather than putting them in a pack and get downvoted into oblivion i publish them one by one in order to waste their time. as well as giving people the choise to individually pick what to subscribe.

Thanks for the reply, EvametryE! I thought that might be the case (I actually have it in the "Old Town" section of my city, so no working lights actually is quite fitting and looks good). I was just a bit confused because your picture has it with no lights, but the description says it comes with lighting.

Anyway, job well done! These are beautiful pieces.

that is intentional, most have working lights, some dont, and some only have 2 or 1 working light, to emulate broken or unpowered billboard lamps. but theres only very few of those.

Some gorgeous vintage billboards! Just so you know, the lights didn't seem to work on this one.
