Description

The patch
  • this patch replace the contact gear of the base mod with vanilla stuff
  • you still need apex for playing as the pacific csat as required in the base game (game rules i can't change them)
  • reduce the clutter by hiding the contact gear of the base mod

    The mod
  • this mod replace the CSAT forces with a new rebalanced version with modern gear
  • The units in the "special forces" section now wear a new distinctive camo (inspired by the real ones)
  • Chinese and iranian marines (with custom camo) replace the crews of the attack boats
  • new retextured vehicles and extra gear
  • All this stuff for less than 100 mb

@Casual half life fan: Hello again, the apex CSAT forces are always chinese, as stated in the description this mod change the gear, not the nationality of the troops :)

wait hang on, if i play Apex, will the CSAT enemies be the Chinese forces instead of Iranian forces?

@ArchangelSVK Hi, the DLC policy on arma is a bit tricky, if you want to use the CSAT (pacific) units as enemies you don't need the apex dlc.
If you want to play as a chinese trooper you need to change the weapon (and the attachments) and the nvg in the arsenal/editor and you are good to go (uniform, helmet and vest are free to use).

The mod replace the csat infantry gear, but i have added some new vehicle to CSAT (pacific) (retexture of vanilla vehicles)
To-199 (airplane), Orca (helicopter, armed and unarmed) and a chinese marine APC (blue camo)

yeah, i noticed that i need Apex first of all to use these chinese units, and i dont have Apex
