Hello and welcome to my Underhell SNPC pack! VJ Base is required for this to work.

Primary features:
-Brings the NPCs of Underhell into Gmod using the power of VJ Base!

-Utilizes an all new gibbing system that allows you shoot the limbs off of the included SNPCs! (This can be disabled however by disabling gibbing in your VJ Base settings).

-Infected SNPCs can even have their heads blown to pieces! (Unless they are wearing helmets).

-Includes loads of call-outs for the SNPCs to keep battles fresh and interesting. The PMC Soldiers alone use over 700 voice lines!

-Adds 11 different weapons from Underhell for SNPCs!

-Brings cut Underhell content back to life, such as the cut M4A1 weapon and adds the ARC Prison Guard as an enemy!

-Some SNPCs have special abilities. For example, the A.C.E. can turn invisible when it has to reload!

Experiencing Issues?
1: Make sure you have subscribed to VJ Base and you have it enabled in Gmod.

2: It could be possible that the addon didn't initialize correctly, restart the Gmod application to re-initialize it.

3: You might have installed an addon that is conflicting with this one. To check, disable all mods except for this one and VJ Base and load a map; then check to see if the issues still occur.

If the options above don't work, please report the issue(s) along with any errors that might have appeared in the console.

Notes:
-As stated above, the A.C.E. has the ability to cloak. It will cloak whenever it has to reload, and will de-cloak when it fires its weapon.

-Unlike the other two Infected, the Infected Worker uses a wrench as a weapon. It does more damage than the other Infected attacks, but it doesn’t slow you down.

-Since Marcus is a main character, he has a high amount of health and has a soundtrack. His XM1014 Shotgun has also been replaced with a G36K Assault Rifle to make him better equipped for multiple environments (You can however give him an XM1014 with the Weapon Override menu).

-Because the ARC Prison Guard lacks bodygroups for it, he is the only SNPC in this mod that cannot have his limbs shot off. You can still gib him with explosives however.

-The Sentry Gun not turning all the way to the left is unfortunately a bug with the model's animations. Since I lack any good animating skills at the moment, I am unable to fix this. It can still fire to the left regardless of its animation bug though.

-The PMC Sentry Gun will now play its proper firing animation when firing. This not only makes the SNPC more animated, but it also allows shells to eject from it when it fires as well.
-Increased the fire-rate of the Sentry Gun and the Helicopter’s gun to make them more accurate to how they are in Underhell.
-All shotgunner variants now use duplicated models of their respective SNPCs to fix the bugs that come from SNPCs sharing models in Gmod (This will be reverted if the Gmod devs ever fix this).
-Added a setting that allows you to make it so that the standard Infected will not spawn with their prison inmate skin. This is particularly useful for when you’re playing on a map that isn’t prison themed. You can find the settings for this mod under the VJ Base tab in the “Underhell” category.

A new update has been released!

-All SNPC and weapon models in this mod are now pre-cached to reduce lag when spawning them in-game for the first time.
-All weapons in the weapon overdrive menu now start with “VJ UNDERHELL” to avoid any potential confusion with non-VJ Base Underhell weapon mods.
-Fixed the Infected Worker’s helmet sometimes not coming off of his head when he’s gibbed
-Fixed bullets not spawning from the Black Hawk’s muzzle.

i'm on flatgrass and it's like that on every map. until you like get in their face they just casually walk by

@Pacman09 VJ base NPCs don't use the navmesh system, they use ai nodes to navigate. My guess is that these guys can't follow you at large distances because they have no nodes to use.

the zombies re just completely blind? They can only see me when i am
1. In sight
2. max sight distance is like 200 feet. any farther and they just don't notice me
Both of these issues persist when max sight distance is set to high numbers and when always know player location is on (in console with dev mode it says they are seeing me but they just don't move [the map has a nav mesh])
