Mass Shackles of Pain

Description
It gives the player the Mass Shackles of Pain Skill.

It is not balanced just a fun skill i wish was in the game for the players to use. One copy of the skill can be found at the beach of Fort Joy right after the tutorial ship. Otherwise it should appear at traders and as loot at some point in the game.

If the request is there i will add a more balanced version of the skill.

Btw I named the skill Share Pain

I would like a balanced version as well the comment below had a nice idea with a really high cost

I would like to have mass version of shackles of pain but with really high cost, like 3sp + 3-4 ap. Or less cost but redirect 50-70% damage taken.

Im using feenex deathknight skills and there is mass shackles of pain for 1ap + 1sp, seems too powerful.
