Shoujo Kageki Revue Starlight - Seishou Academy (Saijou Claudine)

Adds the Seishou Academy under Saijou Claudine's leadership from the Shoujo Kageki Revue Starlight as a playable civilization.

Another alternate leader for the Seishou Academy, Saijou Claudine's leadership is quite distinct from that of Tendou Maya. Whereas Maya was about building up strength and radiance by herself, Claudine revels in competing against capable rivals and taking rists. Claudine is encouraged to be bold both in wonder competition, tourism building and war against strong rivals.

Trait - C'est moi, la star!

Losing World Wonder contest nets the city Great People point based on the amount of production invested in it (and type dependent on the GP point given by the wonder, or if the wonder does not provide points, picks the GP that is projected to come soonest). Successfully completing a World Wonder generates GPP for all cities, scaling with era and tourism. If Claudine is #1 in tourism, Claudine gets Sciency GP points, otherwise Claudine gets Artsy GP points.

Unique Unit - Stage Girl

Replaces the Rifleman. Stage Girls are not by default stronger than the regular riflemen, but gains 5 experience from each Great Works in the city (max 50), and gain bonus combat strength which scales with era when at war with a civilization with more tourism. Stage Girls also can receive the special Climax Promotion which increases their attack strength and can be consumed to paradrop the unit and cause it to damage adjacent enemy units. Climax Promotion may be earned by having 10+ Great Work in the city, or by earning a Great General or Admiral.

Unique Improvement - French Manor

Unlocked at Mathematics, French Manors are buildable by consuming any Great People. French Manors must be built on Luxuries which it develops, and it grants an initial yield of +2 Food/Culture/Gold. Fertilizer increases its yield by +1 food, while Architecture grants +4 Culture. New Deal tenet in freedom grants +2 Food/Culture/Gold. Cities generate Great People 20% faster per French Manor worked by the city.
