And yes, JAST BLUE has licensed all of Nitro+Chiral's games, including DMMd & Lamento, and I'm sure they'll be released on Steam when they come out, but it probably won't be for a few more years.
Slow Damage (N+C's new game that's been in development for a while) had a December 2020 release date announced, and I think they're going to release that one in English pretty quickly, and so far they've been putting out one game a year.
But they're both fan translated & I'd highly recommend playing them. You can buy them digitally on DMM [dlsoft.dmm.co.jp], or used copies are pretty easy to find on Ebay. (Disclaimer: I'm not sure the patches are actually compatible with the DMM versions, but I don't feel bad downloading a cracked & patched version that I can actually play as long as I bought it from *somewhere*.)
