I know hehe, but the armored ones also use leg greaves and are more expensive both in recruitment and upkeep, standard legionary cohorts should also have lorica segmentata like the eagle and evocati cohorts, but withouth the leg armor, the armored legionaries are fine with having the extra leg armor to make a visual difference, and it is also correct that the armored legionaries dont wear manicae armor because that wasn't introduced during the early and late Augustan and Tiberian eras.
But this is just my opinion of course, the HD Team can most certainly do what they believe is best.
