[StarCraft II] DeZerged Kerrigan replaces Rochelle

Ok last Kerrigan I do, promise, maybe.

So i was browsing the SCII files and noticed this was the last Kerrigan variant there was, so I decided to made it a player model for Rochelle as a Zoey one already exists.

Also happy birthday to SCII, today is the 10 years aniversary :)

Includes Player model, Arms model and HUD images.
