If you have a CS1 commission please use the link below.

The James C. Flood Mansion is a historic mansion at 1000 California Street, atop Nob Hill in San Francisco, California, USA. Now home of the Pacific-Union Club, it was built in 1886 as the townhouse for James C. Flood, a 19th-century silver baron.

James C. Flood, who made his fortune in the silver mines of Nevada, got his inspiration for the building from the Gilded Age mansions he saw on the East Coast of the United States, so he commissioned one from architect Augustus Laver. Completed in 1888, it was one of his homes until his death in 1889, and was occupied by his daughter when it was gutted during the 1906 earthquake and fire.

It was the first brownstone building west of the Mississippi River, and the only mansion on Nob Hill to structurally survive the 1906 San Francisco earthquake and fire. It was declared a National Historic Landmark in 1966.

This building has been created for the 'Presidio Bay!' YouTube city build by bsquiklehausen and Interurban Era. For more details about the series go to bsquiklehausen's YouTube channel.

Absolutely beautiful building. Perfect stately residence for my city's most affluent family and really feels like it fits anywhere. Definitely going to be giving the rest of your workshop a look.

Wow, this is stunning. I have it in my city and it's just absolutely flawless. Are you available to do a commissioned asset build? It's a city hall, and you clearly have a handle on doing detailed traditional builds.

@Macwelshman -- Thanks so much for replying. I'll keep them categorized as they are. Be well.

@LemonsterOG As you correctly suggest these are no RICO just a unique building.

@Macwelshman -- Since it's not mentioned in the description, I assume these are not RICO enabled. On the chance that they have, please let me know. I have categorized collections, created for me and my followers, and if these are RICO enabled and set to residential, I'll categorize them that way. Otherwise, I'll leave them in my unique buildings miscellaneous category. Thanks so much and thanks for your incredible work.

This is going to be perfect in my Federal Park district for my small capital/touristy city (kind of a spin off of DC lol). Beautiful work, man!
