Update 1.1
Players who play with left hand traffic, barriers' wrong rotation is fixed for 2 way version. The game itself changes the the rotation on its own for LHT. So same barrier prop will be enough for the left hand traffic is well.
Functional Parking Gates (FPG) pack is a collection of 3 intersections & supporting networks that can be used at entrance/exit points of your custom parking lots that will function like it does in real world (almost). You can use them in your industrial complex or in business park as security gate as well. Check this guide to set up in your map.
Warning : Only works with Traffic Manager President Edition (stable or Lab), so those who are not comfortable with the Mod due to its high resource usage can skip this page without going any further.

Do I Need This?
This is just to add a tiny realism to your game. It will not affect or improve your gameplay. People play with high detail its for them as set up will require time & patience.
Contents
Pack contains total ten assets of which you will require the below five mainly.
  • FPG 2 Way – An intersection asset that has barriers for both side of the road uses two dummy node.
  • FPG 1 way Entry - An intersection asset that has barriers on the right side of the road that connect to the main road in back.
  • FPG 1 way Exit - An intersection asset that has barriers on the right side same way above but connect to the main road in front.
  • Parking Gate Generic Road 2 way – The road used for connecting the FPG intersections to the parking lot roads. This Road should be used for the road layout within the lot also.
  • Parking Gate Generic Road 1 way – Same as above only one way.
Other five roads are One dummy, Two Gate rendering roads & Two connecting roads which are used to create the intersections. All these assets you will find in your Road Intersection Tab except the Dummy road. The dummy road is train track & can be found in the default UI menu. All these networks are without any segment or node model except the raods those connect to the main road. Those two connector roads have a node model of a tiny pedestrian road from Network Extension.
The catseye decoration, the barrier and a payment/ticket machine are in the prop pack. Without subscribing that do not go any further, the whole thing will be a time wastage.

Trying this asset and getting a blue arrow (or missing pixals) bug instead of the gates. - not sure how to add a screenshot to this comment

Toll gate will look very ugly & unrealistics with tailgating.

I made a 1 way filler road from BPL into a functional gate road so I can create a custom border crossing using BPL and the FPG dummy track, works great. The problem with toll booths is the game tooltip UI only recognizes 1 lane if you use multiple roads in a single toll booth building rather than a multi-lane road, so I'm not sure if it's charging for each road or not. And in order for the gate to work, each lane needs to be an individual road that intersects with the dummy track. I might try a making each lane a 1x3 toll booth as a workaround.
