This is my first asset, so quality of model and texture is very low :( but I hope you enjoy this!
You can find this asset in Find it! with 'modern villa'.
I recommend you to use painter mod to change color variation.
There is no LOD model. I will update it soon(maybe. I'm tired of making asset now.)
RICO mod now incompatible. Use find it!

7/26-There was a feedback that said ratio of model is too big. I will make 2x2 version too.

Yeah... ratio of model and width is little strange. I will make 2x2 width version too.
