Description
Wood elf's campaign is very boring because if they leave their forests, they have to spent many many time to use global recruitment and the amounts for global recruitment are not enough. These recruitment limitation make Wood elves players very hard to conquer the world in late game.

There are simple 3 techs help you fix these problems.

WorldRoots Marching 1: Global Recruitment duration cost -1
WorldRoots Marching 2: Global Recruitment slots +2
WorldRoots Marching 3: Global Recruitment duration cost -1 and Global Recruitment slots +2

Can confirm. The techs show up and don't interfere with the tech tree. So works! And probably really fun in combination.
