Goblin squig herd... with herders!

Description
Short description

Adds a new squig herd unit including goblin herders, with prodders and cimbals.

Details
I always loved the hybrid nature of the squid herds in tabletop, with the squigs and the goblin herders. I missed them so much I tried to mod them in. I finally managed to do it, with the many limitations of the game mechanics.

The new squig herd will be handled by 6 night goblins (any unit size concerned).
Half of them have prodders, to pinch the squigs' backs, point them in the right direction, and pinch the face of the ennemy, if they can. They have bonus vs large (11) but deal less penetrating damage than the squigs.
The other half annoy the squigs with their cimbals, as much as anyone, really. They too have bonus vs large for the noise, but have less reach. Their animations and cimbals are DIY stuff sadly, don't watch them too close.

They all stand behind the squigs and push them in the right direction.

Hope you'll enjoy !

Updates
7/22/2020 :
  • Thanks to Cataph's info about the officers crashing when played by enemy AI, I patched the mod by making new units for the squig herd (herders) and forbidding the AI to recruit them.
  • Increased the damage and range of the new ability "Squigs really gone wild!". It affects the squig unit too, so it will crumble fast if not rallied.
7/21/2020 :
  • Changed the spears to prodders
  • Added an ability called "Squigs really gone wild!". It activates when the morale is wavering and damages friend or foe around. This is inspired by the tabletop rule of Squigs gone wild.

Thanks
I want to express my gratitude to all moders for all their work I had much pleasure to play with, to get inspiration from, and to learn from, by looking into the changes they have done.
The online guides (like of thesniperdevil) were of tremendous help, thank you to all participants to their elaboration and for taking the time to share. This is really important.
And of course, thank you CA for devoting to Warhammer fantasy in such length, it is a dream come true.

Thanks! I don't know why CA didn't use the code of hound handlers in previous games for such units, or implement something like my mod. Probably for performance and assets to produce, but it is sad nonetheless.

This unity always bugged me without knowing why. Now I know why, that's a cool improvement!

Only the player can recruit the unit now, as it is separate from the basic squig herd that the AI can still recruit.

Thank you for the information Cataph! That's really bad news :(

Yo, there's an old issue with using more than the sanctioned 2 officers and that's a crash if the unit is used by the AI. Something something musician and/or standard bearer, can't recall, anyway not safe. I know, an old headache.

Lol yeah I was just joking. Would need some fucky casting animations + somehow making the animation target the herders. A passive ability that does AoE damage to everyone is the next best thing.

I tried to implement the tabletop rule "Squigs gone wild" with the herders, but the flag officer_dead doesn't seem to work. I made a new ability "Squigs really gone wild!" that damages friend and foes around when morale is shattering. It can be fun and dangerous. Tell me what you think about it.

Lol no, I wouldn't know how to do that.
