I think there was once an easy (if you know Stellaris files) means of manually removing Popup spam...what was it again?

Wow, it has been a long time since I've updated this. Maybe I should get around to updating now that both mods are updated...

While the mod in its current state causes popup spam, you can still use it for galaxy generation to have everything spawn at game start. Once you've started and the popups show up, you can just save, exit and disable this patch and even ESV.

This patch no longer functions in 3.0 due to what is likely a syntax change.
Causes blank popup windows from failed Contingency triggers having no valid options.
