Budget Refining Node BA

Howdy ya'll! This is the Budget Refining Node. This is an extremely early level Survival BA that's designed around the use of Portable Constructors for converting raw metallic ores into ingots, along with any other materials, and then storing those in two separate storage boxes. This is basically an organized way of collating any deployables (Portable Constructors and Water/O2 Condensers into a single location. It also includes a small set of O2 tanks and O2 station that can be used to re-up player oxygen, if desired.
