[UCR] Delveator MK 1

The first planetary mining ship designed by the United Comrade Republic it was built as the demand for resources grew from the planetary mining colonies but there was a lack of mining ships and buying them from other manufacturers was becoming too expensive for the quantity of them needed so this mining ship was built. It has many problems being the first mining ship built by the UCR including lack of available power and a short flight time and many other issues but it got the job done and started the UCR off so it could become more independent and eventually steak claim to its own territory.
