Dr.Disrespect

Description
The Name... is Doctor... Dis... respect... spect... spect! I'm the 1993-1994 back to back blockbuster video game champion.
You can call me: Dr.Disrespect, The Two Time, Dr.D. or Doc! Violence, speed, momentum and guess what?
I am at the tippity top of the mountain...but I am really only half way up. Let's play Rivals of Aether and dominate!

Dr. D. knows some martial arts but he did not forget to bring to the battle a pistol and he's signature sniper rifle. Also Alex is helping him out if it is necessary.


Neutral + Special -Shoot with the pistol by tapping at the Special button. Holding it brings out the sniper rifle.



Down + Special -The Doctor brings his anger out and it is manifesting like blazing fire.



Forward + Special -Doc can summon Alex. While holding the Special button down Alex is standing still, but after a few second he is become impatient and rushes to bite a chunk out of the enemy. He is always runs the direction Dr. D. is facing. If Alex is standing still (holding the Special button down) Dr. Disrespect can still move, jump or attack.



Up + Special -Dr. D. likes gadgets so he brought his jet pack with him (use it wisely till the fuel lasts).
* hitting with any attack other than up special grants 5 frames of fuel
* using up special immediately consumes 10 fuel as a sort of "minimum cost"
you can do some pretty nasty aerial juggles and edge guarding with this!

Compatibility list: Miiverse Stage, MT. Dedede Stadium, TCO, Otto, Toon Link.

This is my first ever character creation never did coding and pixel art before so please be gentle in the comment section.

Character is influenced by: Sandbert, Fox, Speedrunner Link, Kris.

SPECIAL THANKS To: Dopefish who did the coding for the AI and Special attacks. She did help me tweak some "broken" attacks and give useful tips and tricks including the idea of the jetpack fuel gauge (what she did code as well).

Hey BadGamerGaming. This is one of my favorite mods, and it helped me with my own mod, digging in your code. I will admit, I straight up ripped the code you used for On Kill SFX for my own mod, so I thought you might be good to ask the question:

How do I make it such that my character DOESNT say anything when people die EXCEPT when he kills them? It seems he does it on every kill...

Maybe it's just me, but anytime I'm fighting this character as a bot and he flies off the side of the screen, the game lags -hard-, don't think I've seen that with any other character.

Other than that and an ego so salty it could make an order of McDonalds fries blush, he's not bad. A bit obnoxious with the kill-confirm quotes (especially when he does it in a team battle... when his -ally- dies lol), but not bad.

junior_duck please give me a link i am gonna look in to it. But to be honest right now i am busy with different projects so i do not know how long is gonna take to nail this.
