...And All I Got Was This Lousy T-Shirt
Unlock Yunica's schoolgirl outfit.

Yunica's schoolgirl outfit can be purchased for SP in the Bonus Shop. The Bonus Shop/Arena mode can be accessed after beating the game once on any difficulty with ALL three characters. Before you can purchase the outfit, it must be unlocked. To unlock you must beat the game on EVERY difficulty with all three characters OR beat the game with the EX versions of all three characters on any difficulty. To get the EX versions you must purchase through Bonus Shop.
"Do You Work Out?"
Defeat the Wailing Blue end boss with all playable characters.

Defeat the 5th floor boss Velagunder with all three playable characters.
(Don't) Let the Bodies Hit the Floor
Enable "No-Fall" mode for the first time.

Press F1 during gameplay to turn on No-Fall mode. (Available in Very Easy and Easy mode only)
All Along the Watchtower
Unlock all other achievements.

Complete all the other achievements in this guide.
Another Part of Me
Unlock any character's EX version.

You can purchase the EX version of characters through the Bonus Shop with SP earned through fighting in the Arena. The Bonus Shop/Arena mode can be accessed after beating the game once on any difficulty with ALL three characters. EX versions of Yunica, Hugo, and Toal will be available after purchasing Adol (Felghana Version) for 500,000 SP.
Average Joe
Complete the game on Easy difficulty with any character.

Simply beat the final boss and get to the credits on Easy difficulty.
Bursting at the Seams
When playing as neither Yunica nor Hugo, completely refrain from using Burst until the final encounter.

After starting a new game with the third playable character, DO NOT use your Burst mode (not to be confused with Boost mode, you get Burst later in game) until the final boss. Once you get the achievement you can use Burst.
Buyin' Out the Bar
Purchase everything available in the Bonus Shop.

You can spend SP earned from the Arena in the Bonus Shop. The Bonus Shop/Arena mode can be accessed after beating the game once on any difficulty with ALL three characters. Earn enough points to buy everything CURRENTLY available in the shop. That is, if you haven't unlocked any of the extra items yet you can still get this achievement. Just buy ALL of whatever is on the screen at any given time.
Caress of Steel
Complete Boss Rush on Nightmare difficulty with all versions of all characters.

Work your way through Boss Rush on Nightmare difficulty with all three characters. Boss Rush can be accessed after unlocking Time Attack mode by beating the game once on any difficulty with any character.
Count Your Blessings
Obtain all blessings/upgrades with any character.

Simply purchase all upgrades from the Goddess Statue to get this achievement.
Cryptozoologist
Fight all enemies (excluding bosses) enough times to fill in all blank data entries for them in your monster journal.

Check your monster journal for the stats of enemies. You must fight each normal enemy until you have all data for each. You will have to be careful with those enemies that glow red which you must defeat for various doors to unlock. You have to kill only a couple then leave the room so they can respawn. Keep doing this until you have all their stats.
Dirty Little Secret
Defeat the Demonic Core end boss with all playable characters.

Defeat the boss Dalles with all three playable characters.
Don't Start What You Can't Finish
As Yunica, persevere against an unbeatable foe in the Guilty Fire.

On the 11th floor, win the fight against Kishgal as Yunica. Normally you are supposed to lose this fight but can win if you are lucky. You only have to get his HP down to half to win. You will need to be in the early to mid 20's level wise to have a decent chance. Using your Bolt Crash magic and lowering your MP usage at a Goddess Statue also helps. Just be sure to time your attacks carefully and run/jump like crazy so you don't get hit.
Everyday Glory
Complete Boss Rush on Normal difficulty with any character.

Work your way through Boss Rush on Normal difficulty. Boss Rush can be accessed after unlocking Time Attack mode by beating the game once on any difficulty with any character.
Follow the Money
Spend more than 2,000,000 SP in the Bonus Shop.

You can spend SP earned from the Arena in the Bonus Shop. The Bonus Shop/Arena mode can be accessed after beating the game once on any difficulty with ALL three characters.
Glutton for Punishment
Complete the game on Nightmare difficulty with any character.

Simply beat the final boss and get to the credits on Nightmare difficulty.
Grace Under Pressure
Complete Boss Rush on Nightmare difficulty with any character.

Work your way through Boss Rush on Nightmare difficulty. Boss Rush can be accessed after unlocking Time Attack mode by beating the game once on any difficulty with any character.
It's a Fact: Magic is Awesome
Complete the game as Hugo.

Simply beat the final boss and get to the credits on any difficulty playing as Hugo.
Just Barely Breathing
Complete any Arena stage with less than 10 HP.

Finish any Arena stage with less than 10 HP remaining. Arena mode can be accessed after beating the game once on any difficulty with ALL three characters.
Kid Gloves
Complete Boss Rush on Easy difficulty with any character.

Work your way through Boss Rush on Easy difficulty. Boss Rush can be accessed after unlocking Time Attack mode by beating the game once on any difficulty with any character.
Minimally Exceptional
Purchase your first blessing/upgrade.

Spend some SP at a Goddess Statue to get this achievement.
My Fact Is Truer Than Yours
As Hugo, emerge victorious during your emotional encounter in the Guilty Fire.

On the 11th floor, win the fight against Toal as Hugo. Normally you are supposed to lose this fight but can win if you are lucky. You will probably have to grid a little to gain some strength.
Never Mind the Hammer
Defeat the Blighted Blood end boss with all playable characters.

Defeat the 21st floor boss Pictimos with all three playable characters.
No Stone Left Unturned
Unlock every character's EX version.

You can purchase the EX version of characters through the Bonus Shop with SP earned through fighting in the Arena. The Bonus Shop/Arena mode can be accessed after beating the game once on any difficulty with ALL three characters. EX versions of Yunica, Hugo, and Toal will be available after purchasing Adol (Felghana Version). Purchase ALL EX characters to get this achievement.
Now the Gloves Come Off
Complete the game on Very Easy difficulty with any character.

Simply beat the final boss and get to the credits on Very Easy difficulty.
Only a Ginger Can Call Another Ginger "Ginger"
Unlock Adol the Red in the Bonus Shop.

You can purchase Adol through the Bonus Shop with SP earned through fighting in the Arena. The Bonus Shop/Arena mode can be accessed after beating the game once on any difficulty with ALL three characters.
Pikkardon Don't Care
Fight and defeat Pikkardon in Arena Mode.

Defeat Pikkardon in Arena Mode. Arena mode can be accessed after beating the game once on any difficulty with ALL three characters. In order to fight Pikkardon, you will have to unlock him in the Bonus Shop. To do so you must beat the game with ALL three characters on all difficulties except Nightmare OR beat the game on Nightmare with ALL three characters. After that you have to spend SP to buy the right to fight him.
Scolopendra Seriously Gigantea
Defeat the Flooded Prison end boss with all playable characters.

Defeat the 9th floor boss Nygtilger with all three playable characters.
Some Like It Hot
Defeat the Guilty Fire end boss with all playable characters.

Defeat the 13th floor boss Gelaldy with all three playable characters.
Stay Down
Thwart the Darkling lackeys in the Demonic Core as both Yunica and Hugo.

On the 25th floor defeat both Epona and Kishgal in the Demonic core as both Yunica and Hugo.
Teleport 2 Me
Defeat the mid-boss in Rado's Annex as both Yunica and Hugo.

Defeat the 16th floor boss Jenocres with both Yunica and Hugo.
Thank You For Being a Friend
Give Roda Fruit to all of the Roos in the tower with every character.

Find all the Roda Fruits through-out the game and deliver them to the Roos with all playable characters..
The Mark of the Claw
Unlock Toal by completing the game as Yunica or Hugo.

Beat the game on any difficulty as Yunica or Hugo to unlock the third playable character, Toal.
The Prodigal Son
Defeat the final boss and obtain the game's true ending.

Beat the game as Toal, the third playable character, for this achievement. To play as Toal, you have to beat the game at least once with another character.
The Uncivil War
As Hugo, defeat Toal; as Toal, defeat Hugo.

Beat the game as Hugo AND Toal to get this achievement.
Three's a Crowd
Defeat the mid-boss in the Hall of Reflection with all playable characters.

Defeat the 24th floor boss Zava with all three playable characters.
Totally Fact Up
As Hugo, obtain ultimate power... then let it go to waste completely.

When playing as Hugo, during the fight with Pictimos in The Mantid's Chamber, let Pictimos kill you during the second stage of the fight while you are overpowered.
Truly Gifted
Obtain all blessings/upgrades with all characters.

You must purchase all upgrades from the Goddess Statue for all three playable characters to get this achievement. Easier to get this if you play on Very Easy since you earn SP quicker.
Tuff Enuff
Complete the game on Normal difficulty with any character.

Simply beat the final boss and get to the credits on Normal difficulty.
Untouchable
Complete four or more consecutive stages in Arena Mode without taking any damage.

Don't get hit during four or more consecutive stages in Arena Mode. Arena mode can be accessed after beating the game once on any difficulty with ALL three characters.
We Will Rock You
Defeat the Silent Sands end boss with all playable characters.

Defeat the 17th floor boss Khonsclard with all three playable characters.
Who Needs Magic?
Complete the game as Yunica.

Simply beat the final boss and get to the credits on any difficulty playing as Yunica.
You Bet Your Life
Complete Boss Rush on Hard difficulty with any character.

Work your way through Boss Rush on Hard difficulty. Boss Rush can be accessed after unlocking Time Attack mode by beating the game once on any difficulty with any character.
You Can't Blame a Girl for Trying
Thwart Epona's early-game challenges as both Yunica and Hugo.

Defeat both Epona and Vagullion on the 7th with both Yunica and Hugo.
You're the Best Around
Complete the game on Hard difficulty with any character.

Simply beat the final boss and get to the credits on Hard difficulty.
You've Made Your Point
Complete the game on Nightmare difficulty with all characters.

Simply beat the final boss and get to the credits on Nightmare difficulty playing as all three characters.

I wanted to add that for Cryptozoologist, the enemies that flash red also spawn in Arena mode and they counted for me. So if you want you can add that in the guide

If you finish the game on Nightmare difficulty, you will automatically earn also the achievements of Very Easy, Easy, Normal and Hard.

Don't know if this is a bug but for me the count your blessings achievement unlocked the following way (yunica): bought the movement speed upgrade for 500k, found it lacking, re-loaded a savegame before the purchase, got the rest of the upgrades except movement and still got the achievement. Could be possible to farm up to 500k and just buy/reload till you got everything once. Would require testing, though...

@Masterlink: In that case, I'm not certain, but I'd guess that the requirement is winning the fight in the Guilty Fire with each Fact.

I don't think the requirements for The Uncivil War are correct; I've beaten the game with Hugo and Toal, both in Nightmare mode and it didn't unlock.
