So last night after finishing Ys 1 and 2 I was ready to move onto Origin. Config launched just fine but the game would boot to a black screen and was non-responsive in task manager. I tried every fix I could find online for this game on windows 10, changed compatibility, turned off gsync and messed with settings in nvidia control panel, uninstalled and reinstalled game, ran as administrator, fully deleted k-lite codec pack (this one pissed me off since I had to re-do my madvr profiles later) tried lav filt...

The mini-tower with the malice-door inside. When seen outside, on my screen, it has NO TEXTURE (cylinder part is white). Weird huh? Occurred to somebody else? I wanted to take a high quality screenshot to potentially use as art backdrop later. How can I fix that? Side note, powering up the ring IS TOTAL HELL. Made it by running and triggering the huge bomb (like if you did an MMO kiting train). Stair glitching is too unreliable....

I've just redownloaded Ys Origin to replay for the first time in 10 years or so, and when I boot up the game all my text is displayed in Japanese. I can't seem to figure out how to change it back to English. Any help would be very appreciated.
