Summon Magic Anomaly v2

Description
V2 NEW!! - Works with Conjuration Skill tree!

Ever wanted to summon one of the magic anomalies from the Collage of Winterhold quest line? Did you think they
looked like really cool creatures and wanted one as your own? Well now you can!

Summon Magic Anomaly does exactly what it says on the tin (so to speak).
This mod adds a new spell book to the game world which teaches you the spell. In addition it also adds a staff
of summon Magic Anomaly.

The spell book can be found in the The Midden Dark resting on the well that Augur of Dunlain calls his home.
The Staff is wielded by Ancano, the Thalmor agent in Winterhold Collage.

Both the spell and staff summon the Magic Anomaly for 60 seconds.

New in version 2:

The Spell/summon now follows the Conjuration skill tree and so the Magic Anomaly will benefit from the perks in the Atromancy branch. As such the Anomaly will become 50% more powerful with the Elemental potency perk and with twin souls you can summon two of them!

Magic Anomaly benefits from:

-Dual casting
-Atromancy
-Elemental Potency
-Twin souls

There are a few mods that already make this creature summonable however they also added in a tonne of other features/spells/summons. i just wanted a mod that added only this creature as a summon, you know keep it simple. I hope you enjoy this mod.

Looks good. I don't really do conjuration that much but what would be cool is if you made a pet version of it. So it would stay around for very long but it wouldn't attack anything or get into combat.

It's a nice mod, but as someone who does a lot of conjuration playthoughs it seems woefully underpowered. I did some testing with it and it doesn't seem to bring anything to the table. There's no real reason to choose it over say a Fire Atronach or a basic Familiar. While it does look very cool there needs to be something unique it can do, or a niche it can fill. Until then I can't really recommend it.

@lorddragonblade It would be a neat skill, though manregen items are common enough in game. I have no plans on adding a manaregen at this stage.

woud be cool if thy give an aura of manaregen
