Rainbow Wall Light

This add a rainbow wall light which change the color as rainbow over time. I recommend to build it on fantastic room. You can build it after researched "Colored Lights".

このMODは虹色に変化する壁照明を追加します。追加される照明はゆっくりと色を変化させながらあたりを照らします。ムーディーな部屋など、インテリアとしてどうぞ。追加される照明はバニラの研究「彩色灯」の履修後に建設できるようになります。

Updated some codes again for Wall Light latest version. Wall Light has many updates in a short span, so I stop update once until its updates be settle down.
