(Vanilla) Malus Possession Overhaul – Military and Economic Rework

Description
Hello there!
I present to you vanilla version of my second mod, in which I’ve tried to make Malus’s possession mechanic a little more fun. So basically, the choice is between economic or military buffs, with a little of both worlds in the middle. Here are the changes:

- When in control, Malus will focus on ruling his realm, ensure characters are loyal to him, enforcing public order, administrating cities (making building and recruitment cheaper plus giving bonus to growth), training troops (xp to existing units) and ensuring slaves are used efficiently (slower decline rate)
- When fully possessed, Malus will be an absolutely beast in combat and his soldiers will be affected by it. They will become more cruel (better attack), stronger (weapon strength), resistant to long marches (campaign movement) and volunteers from Naggaroth will arrive in great number to participate in slaughter (more replenishment rate).
- Effects are scaling between them, but you will receive economic buffs only on more sane part of Malus
- I really like Cold One Knights focus on Hag Graef, so now these units receive faction wide bonus to speed (15%) and melee defense (8p)

Should be compatible with other mods, which doesn’t change the same things.

Hello and thanks for the mod! I'm noticing that the construction cost modifier doesn't seem to work in my vortex campaign. I can see the effect on the tooltip (-30% all buildings all provinces, etc) but the cost to build things never changes no matter what level possession I have. I looked in PFM and can't tell what the problem might be. The effect is set to "faction_to_province_own" just like the growth modifier (which works btw). Any info would be appreciated, thanks!

The recruit duration is crazy op, maybe make it recruit rank instead? As far as I know only very specific landmarks and faction traits affect recruit duration and even then only for very specific units.
