The Lavish Chataeu

Description
A high class hotel and restaurant for only the wealthy or those willing to pay their life savings. This blueprint contains both a small restaurant and equally small luxery-only hotel. It is based on the important location of the same name in campaign 2 of the Critical Role web series, a wonderful show where a bunch of nerdy a$$ voice actors sit around and play Dungeons & Dragons. The Lavish Chataeu is the home of Jester and Marion "Ruby of the Sea" Lavorre. Marion herself is both the owner and live musical entertainment of this establishment.

No sinking required. Don't forget to connect the restaurant and hotel extentions. Unless I made a mistake, the connection doesn't seem to carry over in the blueprint.
