Description

Changes your crew idle time to .01 seconds so they don't stand in your way.
Increases their wander time to 25 seconds so they walk around more.
Removes npcToy tag from a lot of ship items.
Adds a recipe for a water cooler to place on your ship. It has npcToy tag with a max npc usage of 10.
Hopefully all these changes keep them out of the way

Changed some of the behavior file for crew members. Hopefully they will no longer even look for objects to interact with, like your captains chair

Hotfix : forgot to make the recipe a default known recipe. Should show up now

Will this stop them from closing doors behind me, trapping me in a room full of fleshy abominations that then brutally murder me while I desperately claw at the door that my crewmate keeps closing in my face again and again? Asking for a friend.
