AP Enhanced & Expanded Summon Limit Lite

This mod is a fusion of my AP enhanced mod and a smaller mod that makes the maximum summon limit 3; this is a variant of a mod that was made upon request. Full changes detailed below.

Maximum AP - 10.
Start AP - 6.
AP Recovery - 6.
Summon Limit - 3.

Taking the Lone Wolf talent will increase all these numbers by 2 each - except the summon limit - making the totals:
Maximum AP - 12.
Start AP - 8.
AP Recovery - 8.
Summon Limit - 3.
