Classification Correction

Description
Changes the classification of some species to be less confusing and more correct. The Red Bellied Piranha and Pacu have been moved from Serrasalmids to Characins, the Sunshine Pleco has been moved from Ancistrus to Catfish, and the Tinfoil Barb has been moved from Characins to Cyprinids.
