Improved Codex

Description
Increases the size of the codex window so that longer entries can be read without pouring over into the next/previous area.

This may cause species mods that add new codex tabs to look weird. If so, let me know and I will try to patch them

from what I can see, the Arcana mod makes this thing unusable.
Pretty sure it's that mod because it worked fine before I had the mod and now it doesn't work.
