Description
Adds a new trinket in the game called Broken Boomerang:
  • +0.5 shot speed.
  • Has a 10% chance to fire a My Reflection tear (20% with Mom's Box).
  • While Isaac is standing still, the chance is 100% so Isaac will always shoot My Reflection tears.

This trinket was suggested by Icondor in the Modding of Isaac Discord channel.
