Ships build 50% faster

Description
Halved the amount of time ships require to be build

This Mod include ships from the base game and DLC's
Base Game
Split Vendetta DLC
Cradle of Humanity DLC
Tides of Avarice DLC
Timelines DLC

This will effect the game for the players more gains Xenon and Khaak, since the player will be able to build more ships in the same amount of time.

This mod also reduces the time by half, for the following components in the ship building processes:
Ships
Shields
Engines/thrusters
Weapons/turrets

Player shipyards with lots of builder drone will also be able to build more ships at half the time and make a lot of profit from this.

Included in to a combined mod: ISEEU0 MODS COMBINATIONS

can u nake a version where the ships take longer to build?
small ships like 15 min med ships 30 min large ships 1 hour 20 xl ships 2 hours and 30 min ?

@Tirpitz - a lot of mods also change the same values, as this mod does, SWI also change those values
