The Valkyrie is the starship captained by Joseph Korso from Titan A.E. In the film the ship provides transport and facilitates thier mission to reach the Titan.

An expectionally fast ship with a warp capability. The Valkyrie was formerly used as an intergalactic yacht for earth travelers to explore and enjoy outer space. Commandeered by Joseph Korso sometime after The Escape, it is one of the last remaining functional Earth vehicles.

While the Valkyrie was indeed a swift and agile vessel, it did not fair well
in direct combat with other ships of its class. Its main ship-to-ship
armament was a pair of forward-firing turbo rocket launcher cannons, forcing it to
acquire a direct line-of-sight in order to make a shot. The concussion
rocket launchers on either side of the vessel worked well against larger
and slower vessels but proved inefficient for targetting smaller ships.

Some decades After Earth, a handful of starships similar to the Valkyrie, began falling into
the hands of pirates and mercenaries who often times changed out the weapons systems

Shields : For all i know there there's no trace of a single shield system in the base game, but maybe someday we will be very lucky and Lord Clang will let us to buy it in the following sparkly dlc's. Till then there is a nice mod in the workshop

Do the buttons on the walls in the cockpit area do anything . they are empty when build it.

now you should build two more ships, the little speed ship that Cal and Akima used to get to the Titan... and The Savior of the Human Race ship itself, The Titan (OK maybe not the titan full scale but maybe have a size that works XD)

:D seeing the little Clips you sent, i think this ship should have been made long ago in this game, just add a Speed Mod, push the turn rate to max, and GIVE IT ALL ITS GOT! >:D
