Updates
1. Completed a thruster and rcs overhaul.
2. Added CPU Extenders
3. Added a Pentaxid Tank and Shield Generator
4. Added HV Detector
5. Overhauled Interior storage, removed two HV constructors.
6. Replaced the entire rear of the cabin section with a 4965SU Ammo Stowage Rack.
7. Added in two 1668SU Cargo Racks in the cabin section.

Authors Notes
I never expected to get this up and running, but here she is, one of JRandall's oldest HV's redesigned and updated to work in Alpha 12 once again! I'm actually quite happy with how this turned out, though with dropping from well over a 100RCS units to under 20 (I don't remember the number) yaw performance is a bit crap so I suggest using pilot mode. :)
