Melbourne Sound Tunnel

Description
Melbourne International Gateway - Sound Tunnel
This is a re-release of my interpretation of the Sound Tunnel. The shape and textures sufficiently changed for me to release this as a new asset, not update the existing one.

This will require Custom Effect Loader, Move It and the Prop Line Tool for the best effect. Use the Loading Screen Mod to save on RAM as this shares textures alongside the other tunnel release

There is an end piece to cap off the tunnel. This tunnel should work with Clus's 4-Lane Highways or the 3-lane with a mid-sized gap.

@pintopix, it's just visual, won't have any impact as it is just a prop. @ joshualuk0108, thought a bit about Southern Cross, but think it was above my skills to finish and have moved on from CS modding for awhile.
