Urban Disaster Response Unit

Description
Ever wanted a disaster response unit but, that damn building is way too big. (It's bigger than a stadium btw) Then this should fix your problem. This small building is a 4x7 roadside ploppable building that only utilizes the recovery jeeps.

I also fixed it so it now appears as soon as you build your first firehouse

I think I finally fixed it. It should work fine now and appear under disaster response.

I love how this building looks, but it creates a Garbage tab within the Emergency Services section instead of going into the Disaster Services tab. Could you fix that?

You can, it's a unique ploppable. Mean this doesn't overwrite anything in the base game or DLC.
