Not anymore, now they are located in \Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\ and this wallpaper is in \Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\4000\2136139018\ They changed mod locations recently. So here is your wallpaers if others need them! Enjoy, and thank you! (I found them by unistalling and reinstalling, and following the date modified.)

All addons are located in the folder with the game Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\addons
