[TTT] Silenced Pistol Nerf

In the TTT group I host I have had requests to change how the silenced pistol works so here is my revised version. I wasn't trying to make it a nerf or a buff but in the end I think this is more of a nerf.

I decreased the recoil so it is easier to aim with the gun but I also decreased the damage and clip size. You get three magazines and each magazine can do a total of 102 damage if you hit every shot.
