Hi, I've got the same issue, I think its because of a crafting glitch. I've had it happen before where if you require the blowtorch and some type of item (like the flashlight) then the crafting recipe glitches out and is stuck as "uncraftable"
I've got no clue why, but it happens with specific items, I'll list some that I've found to cause issues
-Eaglefire
-Calling Card
-Makeshift Birch Rifle
-100 round military drum
-Maple ramp wall
-red,green,yellow and blue flare torches
-Macshwigner
-Zwehndier
-Sledge hammer
-German Ghille hood
-Empire
-Flashlight
-Katana
-Butterfly knife
-rifle iron sights
I've played unturned since like 2016 at this point and I've had issues with crafting for as long as I can remember. Most of the time its just been conflicts with recipe id's. but I'm not actually sure why some of these are broken or if they even are broken
Anyway, point is, I don't think its the mod causing issues, I think its just a weird glitch.

It still won't let me craft the damn thing
