These look great, been using them in a new city. For anyone having issues placing these, I just place them at the end of a road, select its node with Move It! and tap the arrow key 3-4x to shorten and give that cul-de-sac look. Not sure if this is entirely how I'm supposed to, but works for me and looks great. 😎

When putting down this cul de sac it doesn't allow me to put any houses on the rounded part, only the sides. Why?

@Wingnut
You won't get that with any road. Use a mod like MoveIt to place it there. :vulcansalute:

Hi can you make these roads more rounded. I had to use a a 6 lane road and squeeze the nodes together to get a cul de sac. Your description doesn't provide a tutorial. I had to use youtube. Please provide more details.

Where did you find those houses? In the first picture?

@Hellhound69000 I borrowed this:
Roads types that suggest a Cul-de-sac or dead-end:
Circle, Court, Loop, Mews, Place, Plaza, Row, Run, Square, Trail, Turn, Way

The cul-de-sac I live on ends in Lane. Also I used to map streets for a GIS company.

@Hellhound69000 -- technically, there is no 100% accurate definition for a "court" in the U.S. as the suffix "court" is used in lots of instances that don't terminate this way and many cul-de-sacs don't use the "court" suffix for their names. It's not even an official synonym for cul-de-sac. The correct term -- and the term I use, as an American with a geography degree and an emphasis in cartographic principles -- is cul-de-sac. If this were called a "court", I would actually have a harder time finding it because I would never search for a cul-de-sac by that term.

Court is the american term for a street that ends in this way. Can make searching for this faster if it's in the description. took awhile to find this.

What's the name of the houses in the first picture?
