Elite: Dangerous Jump Drive Sound Effects

Description
Replaces the vanilla jump drive effects with the Frame Shift Drive sounds from Elite: Dangerous. Sounds quite clunky but I couldn't get it sounding any better.
If anyone has something that would sound better, send em to me and I'll take a look.

okay, I changed the file format. I reeeeeeeeealy hope this works. It works on my end using the small grid mega mod pack, fingers crossed it works on yours and everyone else's :)

I'll just leave a comment on the custom jump drives modpage and ask about it, they probably know a lot more than I do lol
