Description
Adds a couple of skills to Count Noctilus, focusing mostly on his starting units and his link to the Maelstrom

Pride of Many Navies – Tougher Necrofexes, because they totally weren’t doomstacky enough as was.

Dreadfleet's Dread Elite – It’s kind of strange that Count Nyklaus von Carstein has a close association with Blood Dragon Depth Guard - the Bloody Reaver Deck Guard, a skill, a starting unit. Maybe they just got weirded out by Harkon talking to a sock puppet made out of lizardskin and jumped ship to join the Dreadfleet.

@Neferata13 More skills to encourage continued use of those units. Although, considering the units in question are a Necrofex Colossus and Depth Guard, they'd probably get use anyway.

When you say focusing on his starting units you mean skills to match his starting units but won't get the buff until level 18?
