This wouldn't show up in my game(or the gold version map). The maps went into a folder called "Mapas Propios" found at SteamApps/Common/Age2HD/Random/Mapas Propios. I moved both maps Caldera-Gold.rms and Caldera-Relics.rms out to just Age2HD/Random where the other maps were, and this has solved the problem.
