Pionir Building

Description
this is the pionir building, a tower which work as a cityhall. it employs up to 120 people. in the mod there are 2 versions available, a large house and a small one, the smaller one also requires fewer employees.

The textures were taken over by the developer. I hope you can customize your game perfectly.

Love the idea and the models. The texture could do to be a bit darker though. Take your ambient setting down a bit.
