Description
Updated and slightly tweaked version of MVGs Logical War Exhaustion.

Credit to MisadventuresVG for most of the work. To update it, I just had to change one variable. As for my tweaks, I'll just post all the variables in a discussion so you can see exactly what this entire mod changes.

Should work and shouldn't need to start a new game. I'm not really keeping this updated, but it should work just fine.

I don't really know, but I don't think it would change anything with that. You can look at the variables altered in the discussions.
