Starter High Elf Heroes (and Lorna) with Better Traits

Description
Based on Re-enable Incendiary Fishing by Cole Avenue

Your starter heroes will roll a 40 influence trait instead of a 10 influence trait.

This will also apply to heroes gained through events.
If you want to prevent this, disable the mod after beginning your new campaign. It is safe.

Should be compatible with other mods.

Update 6/8/2020
This now also applies to Eltharion's Archmage. She will always have a 60 influence trait.
