I made Mod because of a request. This Mod increases Construction speed by +100% for all Nations!

- Save-Game Compatible!
- I created a unique .lua file to maximize Compatibility with other Mods so it is compatible with all Mods that do not change the same Command!

It decreases the amount of factories you can build with to 5 which increases the buildings you can build at the same time threefold while generally lowering construction speed!

Full Change Log:

-Changed "BASE_FACTORY_SPEED = 5" to "BASE_FACTORY_SPEED = 10" thus increasing Construction speed by +100%
