Unit Upgrade: I wanna them all!!!

Description
Remove the exclusion between unit upgrades for green skin. Enable faction-specific upgrades to all factions.
Now you can have 2 or 3 upgrades per unit.

Increase the amount of slavage gained from each battle to coop with "I wanna them all".

Compatability:

Better start with a new game


绿皮升级： 我全都要！
增加了每场战斗得到的废料量，所以你可以“我全都要”

最好开新档。旧档的话有时有效有时无效

"I wanna them all" is grammatically incorrect. It should be "I want them all".

大佬，开咕噜新档合邦其他传奇领主后，该领主的特色兵种升级是不是没有了？试过战胜合邦和外交和帮，之后领主自带兵有特色升级但不可选，之后招募的兵全部没有特色升级，感觉好难受，史卡斯尼克的真菌毒，阿兹汉的魔力化武器，铁皮的黑兽人特色甲升级，绿先知搞毛巨像都没有了，有什么办法搞个我都要吗？（顺便问一下，咕噜有特色兵种升级吗？）
