Mario - 1.3 with a new dair and highly requested balance changes.

Changelog:

Dair (from v0.5 to v1.0)
- complete rework to balance move
- 12 dmg > 8 dmg
- more startup frames and endlag frames
- hitbox inspired by Project M Mario (attack grounded opponents with the 1st hitbox to send them vertically at a fixed knockback)
- sprites revamped to have better quality using Rotsprite

Dspecial
- fixed an issue with the move refreshing uspecial and airdodge
- adjusted hitbox to better match animation

Fspecial
- hitboxes shrunk and realigned to better match animation

Nspecial
- changed sprites for more noticeable startup and ending

Jab
- slightly increased the hitbox size of the looping hit and finishing hit

Dash Attack
- changed launch angle to 55 and slightly increased knockback scaling to prevent infinites on certain characters
- adjusted hitbox to better match animation

Utilt
- moved hitbox slightly down and in front of Mario

Dtilt
- slightly increased hitbox size

Ustrong
- rounded the hitbox corners
- decreased hitbox width

Dash
- added new sprites to make the run look less jittery

Parry
- moved sprite upwards to prevent Mario from clipping in the floor

Portrait
- added css_draw to show alt names

Creator's Commentary: These revisions have probably been done for over a year but I stopped playing the game entirely so I never got around to posting it. I likely won't make any major revisions, but if a value or two needs to be adjusted I'll take a look at it. I'm not planning to add compatibility support for workshop character mechanics, but if you want to make that on your own you can dm the files to me on Discord (search my name in one of the RoA servers).

make so he does the tired animations instead of idle animations when he only have 1 stock

Ah worked out conveniently for you then lol. I'm just not a huge fan of it as well as some other workshop users, but that's not to critique your choice. Original character is still amazing!
