Yes, however I would not recommend less than 50x50, most landforms will just look weird at that point.
Geological Landforms does not (and will never) support non-square map sizes. It is simply not built for that. Some landform might work ok-ish, but others will break horribly.
Hi, I'm the author of Geological Landforms, I could not replicate the issue you described, map size is changing as expected with both mods enabled. Could you please try again with all other mods disabled to confirm the issue is caused by Geological Landforms?
