Original Attachment Positions (Medkit & Pipebomb)

Description
In L4D1 (and L4D2 in Pre-Release footage), the medkit and the pipebomb had different positions when holstered (and, in the case of the pipebomb, it had its own attachment) this mod simply restores that.

I mean, with either method REXTETURES will would, but model replacements will only work throught the script method.

Done throught scripts, like with this mod, would mean that all survivors would be affected. I could do it in a per-survivor basis tho, by modifying their models
